Q: What material are your products made of? Are they fragile?
Our products are made of high-quality ceramic or porcelain. While all ceramics are inherently fragile, we take extra care in packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
Q: Are your plates, mugs, and bowls dishwasher or microwave safe?
Most of our ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe, unless the product description says otherwise. For items with delicate 3D designs (e.g., bows, cherries, or characters), we recommend hand washing to preserve their details.
Q: Do you offer different colors or sizes for this item?
Yes! Many of our items come in multiple colors and sizes. You can view all available options on the product page under the “Variants” section.
Q: Are your products handmade? Will they all look the same?
Some of our items are handcrafted or hand-finished, which may result in slight variations in color or shape. These subtle differences make each piece unique and full of charm.
Q: What does the set include? Are all the items in the photo included?

Q: Will this product be restocked if it's sold out?

Q: Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?
We do not offer returns or exchanges under the "change of mind" policy (including the standard 7-day return). Please confirm your selection carefully before placing an order. Shipping & Delivery FAQs
Q: Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders directly from our Auckland-based studio. Every item is carefully packed and shipped locally within New Zealand.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times vary by location:
• Auckland: 1–3 business days
• North Island: 3-10 business days
• South Island: 3-10 business days
* Rural addresses may take slightly longer.
Q: Which courier service do you use?
We primarily use NZ Post and Aramex to track reliable delivery across New Zealand.
Q: Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow every step of your parcel.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
If anything arrives broken, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging—we’ll immediately arrange a replacement or refund.
Q: What if my package goes missing?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us, and we’ll work with the courier to resolve it.
Q: Do you offer local pickup or same-day delivery?
Yes, local pickup is available in West Auckland (Hobsonville area)! Select “Pick Up” at checkout, then complete the short form. We’ll send a confirmation email with the pickup address and contact info.
